Emirates Driving School is one of the most prestigious driving institutes in UAE, so the design incorporated high-end material finishing and the integration of volume in the building, including the study of the circulation that was done by our team to assure the best investment in the lot area, and not to waste unneeded space. 
The watching tower had to be aesthetically pleasing with a steel structure engulfing it.
